I want to present you an idea that just recured in my mind: Universal Sleeping Report.

All human beings are equal while dreaming.
All human beings have the right to dream from birth.
Without any sexism, all of the human beings can sleep for dreaming. If waken up during sleeping, no sexism and no violation against individuals accountability is accepted.
Without any religious discrimination, all of the human beings have the right to sleep at night. The countries and political systems have no right to change the biologic rythm of human beings.
All human beings have the right to make an objection day light saving time enforcements.
All human beings have the right not to dream. The ones that want to draw upon this right has to be controlled and transacted by the United Nations Countries.
All human beings have the right to hide their types of dreams. Due to ethnic pressures and discrimination, it is forbidden to classify the dreams since the abolish of the Switzerland Dream Classifying Commity in 1947.
All of the bed manifacturers has to take action according to the restrictions of United Nations in order to protect and keep dreaming.
All human beings have the right to tell and explain his/her dream with sponte sua.
The right of dreaming cannot be attorned to another person or corporation.
All human beings have the right to go to other places while dreaming. This excursion right cannot be taken away.
All human beings have the right to hide their dreams. Dream observation systems cannot be used by any corporation or government.
Due to a desicion that is made by the full time United Nations members, sleeping pills are manifactured by UPEC with a basis of allocation.
Dream interpreters, cannot comment on a persons dream errantly.
The protection and invigoration of the sleepings REM phase is one of the priorities of countries Ministry of Health.
The countries that became a party to this Universal Sleeping Statement, had already signed the Geneva Report in order to protect the silence at night.
